Steven used to write Java for many years. He wrote Spring apps and went to Scala conferences until he heard of an experiment to make a server environment based on Javascript. He didn't think anyone would be foolish enough to use it but yet here we are. He is the author of dozens of tweets. Steven has also been one of the organizers of the mostly Node.js themed Code's Cool Dallas meetup (formerly called Nodeschool Dallas) since 2015. That meetup's focus is hands-on interactive workshops.
