Josh Gertzen enjoys brainstorming great ideas, collaborating with business and technology leaders, and designing sensible solutions to small and big hurdles. Throughout his 16+ year career, he has been the chief architect on an open–source Ajax framework called ThinWire, led large teams to build enterprise scale applications, designed consumer facing web portals, and personally written a couple language parsers & compilers. He also previously co–founded a technology start–up and led a team to develop and market a web–based creative development platform called TileStack. An early leader in the Ajax and Web 2.0 movement, he has spoken at a number of conferences about how to effectively apply advanced web technologies, and co–authored a book on the topic. Currently, he is a Senior Architect in the Integration Data Services practice at Credera, where he is the focus area leader for Big Data and helps solve complex challenges for clients.
