"Managing Internet Information Services" by Liu, et al (O'Reilly, ISBN 1-56592-062-7) is an excellent book about running Web and FTP servers. I would recommend it highly if it was not so dated. The good news though is that in the latest O'Reilly catalog, it is on sale for $9.99 (not sure when the sale ends). Hopefully, a new up-to-date edition of this book will hit the shelves soon.
