"CORBA Design Patterns" by Mowbray & Malveau (Wiley Computer Publishing; ISBN 0-471-15882-8) is a book filled with templates for designing CORBA applications for Internet and internal uses. I'll go ahead and be honest right up front. Much of this book was over my head since I really don't know CORBA well and still learning OO design. I can't really review this book because I am not in the target audience.
